A Decatur pilot was seriously injured Sunday morning when gusty winds caused his ultralight airplane to crash in Wise County, a Texas Department of Public Safety trooper said.The pilot, James Morgan, 55, managed to call 911, using his cellphone, after the crash, DPS Trooper Terry Lockridge said Sunday.But Morgan who was taken by helicopter to John Peter Smith Hospital in Fort Worth suffered serious injuries, the DPS trooper said.
