Division of Natural Resources wildlife biologist Kem Shaw tells WSAZ-TV (http://bit.ly/2eMMTy9) that one of their employees had to be called in on his day off Monday afternoon to tranquilize the deer, which was removed from the mall. WOWK-TV reported that officers believe the deer was hit by a car and hobbled to safety behind a generator in the loading zone.
