ATWATER TWP.: The Ohio State Highway Patrol is investigating a fatal one-vehicle crash involving a Deerfield man Sunday morning.The highway patrol said Nickolas D. Williams, 22, was traveling on Moff Road west of state Route 183 when he crossed the center line and went off the side of the road at around 5:20 a.m.Williams’ SUV hit a ditch, a tree and an above-ground oil pipeline valve, causing a leak.He was found dead on the scene as a result of his injuries.Troopers said alcohol and speed are suspected factors in the crash.
