Donald Trump's former campaign manager and advisor Steve Bannon cried crocodile tears at the courthouse today after being ordered to begin his prison sentence on July 1 for his conviction for contempt of Congress.
The scurrilous Real America's Voice host was sentenced to four months in prison, but was out on appeal.
Bannon whined that the Justice Department and Merrick Garland were putting him behind bars to silence him, which is a lie.
Merrick Garland, Lisa Monaco, the entire Justice Department, they're not going to shut up Trump, they're not going to shut up Navarro, they're not going to shut up Bannon, and they're certainly not going to shut up MAGA.
Bannon had refused to provide "documents and testimony to the House Select committee that investigated the January 6, 2021, US Capitol attack.
Conservative podcaster and convicted criminal Steve Bannon laughed about a hearing Thursday that could send him to jail for four months.
About an hour before U. S. District Court Judge Carl Nichols, an appointee of Donald Trump, was set to hear arguments, Bannon appeared on his War Room podcast with Liberty University Dean Dave Brat.
"Everything is on a downhill descent after we rose so high, and we're at our peak," Brat complained during a commemoration of D-Day.
"Well, we're going to get back to that.
Less than six months after launching a probe in the U. S. Senate into "the outrageously high prices" that asthma patients and others across the country pay for inhalers, Sen. Bernie Sanders celebrated the official start of a new program by one of the largest makers in the industry on Saturday to cap out of pocket costs at $35.
Sanders (I-Vt.), chair of the Senate Health, Education, Labor, and Pensions (HELP) Committee, said Saturday was "the first day of a new program instituted by the major pharmaceutical company Boehringer Ingelheim, which will allow people with asthma and COPD to purchase brand name inhalers at their local drugstore or pharmacy for only $35 dollars."
With the new cap, the company said in its announcement, eligible patients "who have had difficulty navigating the current healthcare system will now be able to afford the Boehringer inhalers they need."read more
No one believed the Alito's ridiculous fairy tale they gave as an excuse for flying the upside down flag at their home, and their former neighbor just blew a mile-wide hole in their story as well:
The former neighbor of Samuel Alito and his wife, Martha-Ann, told CNN in her first television interview Wednesday that the Supreme Court justice’s account of a dispute between her and his wife didn’t add up—and that he was “at best mistaken, but at worst he’s just outright lying.”
On OutFront, Emily Baden said that a verbal exchange with Martha-Ann—which Alito claimed was the reason for his wife flying the upside-down American flag—occurred in mid-February.
CNN host Abby Phillip refused to put up with Rep. Byron Donald's continual false analysis trying to claim that Black Americans fare better with Trump when facts clearly point to Biden.
It's striking to me that this conversation about the family, about who is the recipient of government benefits, about who was affected by Lyndon B.
Last week, the graduation ceremony at Baraboo High School was disrupted when Matt Eddy, the father of one of the students, rushed the stage and attacked Superintendent Rainey Briggs. Eddy is white and Briggs is Black.
Madison.com described Eddy as "forcibly pulling the district superintendent away from his daughter as she crossed the stage." Traditionally, when students graduate high school, they shake hands with the principal and district leaders.
A video of the ceremony recorded the father as he shouted, "That's my daughter!"
At one point, he was heard shouting, "I don't want her touching him!"
Superintendent Rainey Briggs then said, "You better get up off me man.
