Denver Adopts New Affordable-housing Investment Policy

The Denver City Council has adopted a five-year policy, strategy and investment plan called Housing an Inclusive Denver after a year of public input and research. The policy, adopted late Tuesday, aims to guide the city's affordable-housing investments to create and preserve strong neighborhoods that are accessible and affordable.
