CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) — Charleston County sheriff's deputies are investigating a hit-and-run that killed two pedestrians. Maj. Eric Watson tells local media outlets that the incident happened about 10 p.m. Saturday in the community of Hollywood about 20 miles west of Charleston. Two people walking along state Highway 162 were struck and killed and the driver fled the scene.
