WOODSTOCK — A 32-year-old man is facing attempted murder and burglary charges after he allegedly hid in a barn Saturday night in unincorporated McHenry County then slashed his wife and another woman with a knife. Miguel A. Hernandez-Solorzano, 32, of Des Plaines, is currently being held in McHenry County Jail on burglary and attempted murder charges, according to a news release from the McHenry County Sheriff's Office.
