President Donald Trump urged his supporters to form an "army" of poll watchers on Election Day. In South Florida, though, most of the eyes and ears inside polling places will be reporting to the Joe Biden campaign. Democrats in Palm Beach, Broward and Miami-Dade counties recruited an unprecedented number of poll watchers for Nov.
