Perkins, 36, was charged Wednesday in Oklahoma City District Court with a felony count of planning to perform an act of violence involving or intending to involve serious bodily injury or death of another person.Prosecutors allege Perkins bought a firearm from Sooner State Pawn in south Oklahoma City and planned to use it to kill Special Judge Susan Johnson, who works in the Oklahoma Juvenile Justice Center, and Whitney Rowland, a DHS worker.Perkins is accused of calling Rowland multiple times on Aug.Read more on NewsOK.com
