Dr. Craig Spencer, 33,who recently returned from disease-wracked West African country Guinea after working with Doctors Without Borders, hit the lanes in Williamsburg and used Uber taxis to get around, sources said. His fiancée is identified as Morgan Dixon, 30, and it wasn’t immediately clear whether she was also quarantined.
