HERSHEY — Standing at center ice for a penalty shot with the game on the line, Dominik Simon didn’t know what he was going to do. At least, not until he skated in on Hershey Bears netminder Vitek Vanecek. When Simon approached the crease, he knew exactly what he was going to do. “At the end I was like ‘OK, backhand,’ and it worked out,” he said.
