ELLICOTT CITY, Md. — Police are trying to determine who scattered dozens of fliers promoting the Ku Klux Klan in a Maryland city. WTOP-FM reports that Howard County police said Sunday they are investigating who tossed about 40 fliers with hate speech and the KKK’s logo along Main Street in Ellicott City.
