From Staff ReportsThe driver involved in a fatal wreck that claimed the life of a 5-year-old boy in southwest Oklahoma City on Thursday has been arrested. Robert Earl Mize II, 35, was arrested Thursday after Quintill Banks, 5, was struck by a car driven by Mize in the 1300 block of SW 59, according to a police report. Banks was taken to OU Medical Center where he died. Mize was booked into the Oklahoma County jail on complaints of second-degree murder, causing a fatality collision without a valid driver's license and possession of methamphetamine and drug paraphernalia.Read more on NewsOK.com
