Driver Critically Burned In Car Outside Bronx Zoo

An upstate man is in critical condition after his truck went up in flames in front of the Bronx Zoo, police sources said Friday. The 29-year-old victim, from Carmel, was in his 2005 Chevrolet alone at the zoo’s front entrance on Fordham Road when the truck went ablaze just after 8 p.m.
