Emergency crews prepare to remove a tractor-trailer as it rests partially submerged in a pond off northbound I-75 between Reitz and Dowling roads in Perrysburg Township. The Ohio Highway Patrol said Fred Townsley of Livingston, Tenn., was northbound about 1½ miles north of State Rt. 582 about 12:10 a.m. Tuesday when, for unknown reasons, the truck went off the right side of the road, coming to rest in the pond.
