By STEPHEN HOBBS stephen.hobbs@gazette.com -The 69-year-old woman who died Friday after she was hit by a vehicle driven by a friend was identified as Judy Garcia, Colorado Springs said. The Colorado Springs native died around 1:30 p.m. Friday when a vehicle driven by Larry Bloom, 77, hit Garcia in the parking lot of the Ironwood at Palmer Park complex as it was backing up.
