Dropbox is teaming up with payment platform Adyen to allow users and businesses across 12 European countries to pay for the company’s cloud storage service via Direct Debit. Dropbox says it will add more payment options for its customers in Europe, Latin America and Asia in the coming months. Working with Adyen means Dropbox can support other popular payment options in Europe, such as Giropay, SOFORT, iDEAL and Carte Bleue. The company says it has 120 million users in Europe, where its business is growing faster than in the US.
