DUNGANNON — Santa Claus is coming a little early this year in Scott County. Along with Mrs. Claus and one of his special elves, Santa will be stopping by Dungannon Intermediate School Saturday, Nov. 17, for the 12th annual Dungannon Christmas Festival. The event will also feature handmade items for sale, children’s activities and a visit from the Santa Train. What’s for sale? Festivalgoers can get a head start on Christmas shopping from 11 a.m.
