KINGSPORT — The Eastman Road Race will offer a free practice run on the 10K course on Saturday, Sept. 5.The course has been modified, so runners are encouraged to try it out.Water will be provided at the halfway point and finish line.Runners should meet at the Eastman Employee Center on Wilcox Drive at 7:15 a.m.
