Liberia has reported its second case of Ebola on Tuesday after nearly two months of being Ebola-free. Liberia had been declared officially Ebola-free on May 9 after it had gone 42 days with no new cases. On Sunday, the body of a teenage boy was discovered in a rural area outside of the capital Monrovia and was confirmed to have the virus, Reuters reports.
