Staff reportsEDMOND — The exhibit "What’s Cooking, Edmond?" is available for viewing through August 2021 at the Edmond Historical Society and Museum, 431 S Boulevard. Visitors to the museum will be able to experience the exhibit's examination of how Edmond cooking has evolved, starting with the pioneers who cooked with cast-iron pots, progressing through wartime rationing and the TV dinner and casseroles of the 1950s, and ending with a look at today’s food trends.
