CAIRO (AP) — Egyptian security officials say one person was killed and four wounded in a series of bomb blasts in two central Cairo districts. Egypt has for years been battling a burgeoning insurgency in the Sinai Peninsula, but the frequency of attacks against army and police there has dramatically increased since the 2013 ouster of Islamist President Mohammed Morsi.
