Emergency repairs are done.Now the hard part begins.A $5 million emergency repair program to Interstate 696 in Macomb and Oakland counties, along with I-75 and US-24 (Telegraph) has been completed, according to the Michigan Department of Transportation.The temporary repairs took about five weeks and used up several tons of asphalt.
