A complaint brought before the Shelby County Chancery court by Elvis Presley Enterprises against the city, county, and Grizzlies has been dismissed — again. Elvis Presley Enterprises (EPE) filed a verified complaint for declaratory judgement June 29 in Shelby County Chancery Court against the City of Memphis, Shelby County, and Memphis Basketball LLC (Memphis Grizzlies).
