WASHINGTON — The drug company CEO who raised the price of life-saving EpiPens to an exorbitant $608 for a two-pack is blaming Congress for not overhauling an “outdated” medical system. “Congress and the leaders of this country need to quit putting their toe in this topic and really fix the system.
