Timothy Miller, the founder of Texas EquuSearch, has filed a $110 million wrongful death lawsuit against the man he believes killed his 16-year-old daughter in 1984. The teen disappeared from a pay phone in League City on Sept. 10, 1984. "[...] I am going to do everything I am capable of doing within the limits of the law to make sure Clyde does not profit from any books, movies or any memorabilia while he is incarcerated," Miller said.
