Event For Unwanted Medications Called A Success

Police collected 300 pounds of unwanted medications during a drug take back event this weekend. The event was aimed at helping residents properly dispose of expired or unused prescription drugs. Richmond County Sheriff’s Lt. Allan Rollins called the event a success. “It filled up the back of the truck,” Rollins said of the medications. read more
