Ex-bus Contractor To Plead In Pill Operation

Timothy Woods, a disgraced Union County official who went on to control 17 bus lines for Knox County Schools, has inked a plea deal in a $30 million pill mill operation centered in Lenoir City and Knoxville that prosecutors say put 12 million opiate painkillers into the hands of addicts.
