COPENHAGEN, Denmark (AP) — A former NATO Secretary-General and Danish prime minister has been named an adviser to Ukraine's president. Ukraine, which wants to join the 28-nation European Union, also "must implement much needed reforms," including "enhanced fight against corruption."
