PORTSMOUTH, R.I. - A former Town Hall custodian was arrested recently for allegedly stealing and pawning eight iPads and a charging station.Portsmouth Police said in a news release that Francisco Herrera, 38, of 61 Shawmut Ave. Apt. 3, in Central Falls, was a contracted custodian working for a private cleaning company when the theft occurred at Town Hall, on East Main Road, in late August.
