Former state Sen. Robert Ford is due back in state court April 13 to be sentenced in his ethics-related criminal case. It looks like his restitution is set. Ford’s attorney, Bill Runyon of Charleston, said the amount agreed to with state officials is in the vicinity of $69,237.
