NEW YORK (AP) — Politicians say they're meeting with prosecutors following the New York City medical examiner's ruling that the police killing of an unarmed man was a homicide. The medical examiner's office said in a statement Monday that its classification in the death of Akai (uh-KY') Gurley "does not imply any statement about intent or culpability."
