As Expected, Canada Cuts Key Rate To 1%

While we’re still a long way off Grand Theft Auto 6 being released, the CEO of publisher Take-Two has already been discussing Grand Theft Auto 7. This comes before the official date for GTA 6 has even been announced, with a ‘fall 2025’ timeline being the only known piece of information for the upcoming installment. Instead of giving fans a teaser for the next addition to the franchise, CEO Strauss Zelnick from Take-Two Interactive instead may have confirmed Grand Theft Auto 7 at a conference on Thursday, May 30. When the host asked him “If you look out, I know we’re not even at GTA VI yet, but thinking about…” Zelnick quickly interrupted with “GTA 7?” While he didn’t expand much further, fans have been left in the dark about whether the franchise would continue after the next one so hearing those words is likely welcomed by many. The CEO was also keen to address the time taken between the fifth version and the upcoming release: “It’s important to bear in mind that it’s not like Rockstar put out GTA V and sat on their hands for 12 years right? “We launched GTA Online and that’s turned into a massive, living, breathing ecosystem which continues to perform and grow to this day.

MrBeast has beat out Indian music label T-Series in a long-running battle for the biggest YouTube channel. The T-Series account is from India’s largest music label and movie studio and they post clips from upcoming movies, trailers, and artist videos. While they once held the record for five years, this was beaten on Sunday 2 June. With almost 800 videos under his belt, Jimmy Donaldson who goes by the username ‘MrBeast’ has reached 269 million subscribers – higher than any other account. The 26-year-old has already grown by three million subscribers since he became the new record holder on Sunday.

Spotify is hiking its prices once again, just a year after the last increase and it’s now more expensive than competitors. From the next billing date in July, users of all the paid-for plans in the United States will see the price creep up. The free plan remains the same, but Premium Individual will now be $11.99 per month instead of $10.99.

It’s not that long again you would never have heard of Bambu Lab, and then, from seemingly out of nowhere they popped up and spun the world of 3D printing on its head with a string of outstanding machine releases. Having covered the pre-announcement of the ROG Ally X announcement a few weeks ago, we will admit to being left feeling a little underwhelmed.
