Mary Fallin confirmed Thursday that The Boeing Company bowed out of two proposed projects in Oklahoma after lawmakers began considering a moratorium on aerospace tax credits. "They had a couple projects that they were looking at and they got a message from their corporate office: 'What's going on in Oklahoma,'" Fallin said.
