PROVIDENCE, R.I. — FBI agents arrested long-time capo regime in the Patriarca crime family, Robert P. "Bobby" DeLuca Sr., Monday morning in Florida on an arrest warrant out of Massachusetts accusing him of lying about his role in the murder of a South Boston nightclub owner. DeLuca, 70, was picked up at his home in Broward County on a warrant stemming from an indictment unsealed Monday alleging that he had helped New England mob boss Francis P.
