The civil rights case of a man shot in the back repeatedly by a Milwaukee police officer nearly five years ago is headed for trial in federal court. U.S. Magistrate Judge William Callahan on Tuesday scheduled a two-week jury trial to begin June 7 in the civil case brought against the city of Milwaukee by the family of Wilbert Prado, who was shot to death by Officer Alfonzo Glover in March 2005. An inquest jury found that Glover's actions were justified.
