Festival Closes Downtown Streets

Several downtown streets will be closed while crews prepare for this weekend’s Arts in the Hearts festival. The festival runs from Friday to 7 p.m. Sunday. Officials said all closures will be reopened at festival’s end as soon as tents are removed and the sheriff’s office deems the area safe for traffic.
