Fiat Reports Second-quarter Profit On Truck Rebound

Fiat SpA, the carmaker that acquired 20 percent of Chrysler Group LLC last year, returned to a quarterly profit on higher sales of trucks and agricultural machines and said it may raise its full-year forecast.
