FALL RIVER – Shuttle buses and traffic cops are two of the precautions planned for an influx of traffic if Northeast Alternatives gets the green light to begin selling marijuana on the recreational market. “I think we have a good plan in place for this,” said Chris Harkins, owner and CEO of Northeast Alternatives.
