Several CSX tanker cars carrying crude oil go up in flames after derailing in downtown Lynchburg, Va., Wednesday, April 30, 2014.  The cars ruptured and dumped 60,000 gallons of crude oil into the James River.  The cars were on a newer, supposedly safer design than the old DOT-11 cars due for phase-out.
