FORT PIERRE, S.D. (AP) — Authorities are investigating the cause of a fire that destroyed an auto body shop in Fort Pierre. The Capital Journal reports that the blaze at Fort Pierre Body Shop broke out about 2 a.m. Tuesday. The building was destroyed. No one was hurt. Fire Chief Justin Jones says utility workers had to be called in when the building collapsed and broke off a natural gas meter, and the open gas line fueled the fire. The property was valued at about $250,000. ___ Information from: Pierre Capital Journal, http://www.capjournal.com
