Firefighters Working To Contain Horseshoe Fire

A wildfire on the west side of Mount Adams in the Gifford Pinchot National Forest has led to the closure of segments of the popular Pacific Crest Trail. Hikers were cleared off the trail and rerouted along adjacent forest roads and trails, according to information posted by forest service officials.
