The first Macaroni and Cheese Festival last weekend at Cal State Bakersfield was a success. There were 2,500 to 3,000 people at the event and everyone seemed to enjoy the it. That is what Rogers Brandon, president of American General Media, said Tuesday on "First Look with Scott Cox."
