Five candidates at the Tuesday primary will vie for four spots on the November general election ballot to choose two new judges for six-year terms on the bench of Macomb County Circuit Court.The candidates include Michael Servitto, an assistant Macomb County prosecutor; Rachel Rancilio, a Mount Clemens-based criminal and family law lawyer; Armand Velardo, a Mount Clemens-based civil lawyer; Beth deBaptiste-Follis, a civil lawyer at Butzel Long in Bloomfield Hills; and Teri Lynn Dennings, a lawyer at Miller Cohen in Detroit.
