The National Weather Service is continuing a flash flood watch through Sunday morning for Orange County because storms are expected during the weekend and waterways are already at high-water levels because of previous rainfalls.The weather service listed a number of counties in southeastern New York in its flash flood watch, including Orange, Rockland, Putnam and Westchester counties, and all five of the New York City counties.
