Long before their platinum sales, international tours, or recent scoring work for contemporary ballet company Wonderbound, the members of Denver hip-hop act Flobots saw the potential in baking activism and education directly into their music. “It was always meant to be symbiotic,” said founder Jamie Laurie, a.k.a.
