Fans going to this weekend’s Florida-Georgia game can minimize the wrong type of tailgating — the kind that involves sitting in traffic jams — by going five hours early and getting updates from Twitter and a cellphone app, officials said Tuesday. Various lane closures will start Thursday and continue through Sunday, mainly in the area around The Jacksonville Landing.
