Forecast: Precipitation Is Coming, But Red Flag Warning For Colorado Springs On Thursday

High winds followed by rain and snow are forecast to return to Colorado Springs, meteorologists say. The National Weather Service in Pueblo predicted a high of 63 degrees Thursday with winds between 5 and 15 mph in the morning and 20 to 30 mph in the afternoon. The high winds, low humidity and dry fuels prompted the weather service to issue a red flag warning between 11 a.m.
