Per Boston Red Sox manager John Farrell, Henry Owens has been promoted to the majors and will make his first start on Tuesday against the New York Yankees in Yankee Stadium. Owens was ranked the 47th prospect in all of baseball when Baseball America released their mid-season rankings last month.
