A fossil collector who purchased a dazzling 500 million year old relic from a Fifth Avenue gem shop for $30,000 was horrified when it arrived at his Utah home in pieces, according to a new lawsuit. “Destroying that fossil is like a tragedy for humanity,” the collector, Bryan Miller, 41, told The Post.
